When paid plans open, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first subscription order. The checkout screen and receipt will identify the payment provider and the exact process that applies. Claiming your @name is always free.
How to request a refund
When paid checkout opens, you will be able to request a refund by:
- Using the order-support or billing-portal link shown on your receipt, or
- Contact us and we'll help you start the request.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.
Subscription renewals
When paid subscriptions open, renewal timing and trial terms will be shown before you pay. You will be able to cancel from your account page before the next renewal date. If a renewal charge was not intended, contact us promptly and we will review it under this policy and any rights that apply where you live.

Your universal @name is free with every signup — there is nothing to refund.

When paid checkout opens, the checkout screen and receipt will link to the payment provider's own refund handling. Where applicable law gives you additional refund rights (for example, statutory withdrawal rights in your country), those rights are not affected by this policy.
