Who is the controller
SmallBiz Ownd is operated by KNIGHT SHIELD DIGITAL INC. (also styled "Knight Shield Digital Inc.", "we", "us", "our"), based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. For the personal information we collect through this site, KNIGHT SHIELD DIGITAL INC. is the data controller and is responsible for how that information is used.

- Founding Pilot application — name, email, city, type of business, business stage, and the frustrations you share.
- @name reservation — name, email, and the business name you want to claim.
- Subscription and order information — plan chosen, billing status, and the country you are billed from when paid checkout is available. An upgrade request is not an order and does not include card details.
- Cookies and usage data — information about your device and how you use the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies with your consent where required.

- Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and similar advisers where necessary.
